Mental Health
In July 2023 the Inspire Patient Group joined with the Inspire Practice in a project to improve mental health care.
-
We feel caring for your mental health is as important as caring for your physical health.
-
We know mental health difficulties are increasing in our modern world and can cause great distress.
-
We know it can be very difficult to find help and we want to help you.
-
We do not underestimate the challenge - the NHS is under tremendous strain with demand increasing all the time and its resources are very limited.
-
We will explore all the possibilities for care and try and help you find the right help at the right time in the right place.
-
We are having helpful discussions with the voluntary sector of care and finding there is a lot of help possible but people don’t know about it.

We will bring you this information.
Self Help
Dr Anne Marie Spooner recommends these self help articles that she offers to patients for a variety of mental health problems.
